About the role
We are seeking a Restaurant Waiter to join Brunello Restaurant in Dubai, part of the Kempinski luxury hotel portfolio. The role involves delivering courteous, professional and efficient service to guests, supporting sales and ensuring high satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Provide courteous, professional and efficient service at all times.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using POS ordering software.
- Communicate orders to kitchen staff and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Maintain tidy dining area, arrange table settings and keep the work environment clean.
- Present menus, answer guest queries about portions, ingredients or allergies, and perform upselling.
- Handle guest enquiries, report complaints to supervisors and follow up.
- Execute opening and closing procedures and monitor supplies to reduce waste.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar waiter position.
- Preferably experience in an international, luxury five‑star hotel.
- Excellent English communication skills.
