About the role

The Retail Banking Executive – Multiproduct delivers accurate and timely support for customer acquisition and banking sales within Retail Banking Sales. The role contributes to sustainable growth through needs‑based solutions and disciplined sales execution by applying banking knowledge, sound judgement and a customer‑focused approach. It works with relevant business and control stakeholders to resolve issues, manage risk and support sustainable performance across Emirates NBD Group.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer acquisition, needs analysis and suitable product solutions, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with conduct, suitability and KYC standards.
• Maintain strong governance and compliance with conduct, suitability, KYC, documentation and sales governance standards, completing required checks, approvals and audit‑ready evidence.
• Improve service quality, efficiency and stakeholder outcomes through performance analysis, automation, standardisation and digital adoption, tracking improvements and confirming sustained benefits.
• Strengthen collaboration across business and control functions by building effective relationships, communicating requirements and risks clearly, and contributing to an inclusive, accountable team environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Banking or a related field; professional banking certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer acquisition and banking sales within banking or financial services, with exposure to regulated operations and stakeholder management.
• Ongoing professional development in banking regulation, risk management and digital ways of working.
