Retail Frontline Positions – Admin, Baker, Barista, Butcher, Cashier, Counter Server

About the role

Everyday Goods is expanding its supermarket and hypermarket operations in Dubai and is looking for enthusiastic frontline staff. The vacancy covers several positions – Admin, Baker, Barista, Butcher, Cashier and Counter Server – all focused on delivering excellent customer service and supporting daily store activities.

Key responsibilities

• Admin: process orders, manage stock requests, maintain records and compile inventory reports.
• Baker: prepare and bake a variety of breads, operate bakery equipment, label products and uphold hygiene standards.
• Barista: greet customers, prepare coffee and food items, maintain equipment, restock displays and handle transactions.
• Butcher: cut, trim and display meat cuts, rotate stock, advise customers on products and monitor inventory levels.
• Cashier: handle cash, card, voucher and foreign‑currency transactions accurately, manage cash deposits and keep the front‑end area tidy.
• Counter Server: slice, weigh, package and price meats and cheeses, keep displays fresh, follow FIFO and maintain clean work areas.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Attention to detail, especially regarding product labeling, hygiene and safety standards.
• Reliability in handling cash, inventory data and daily operational tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Basic operation of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and cash‑handling procedures.
• Familiarity with bakery equipment and meat‑cutting tools.
• Ability to use inventory tracking or stock‑request software.
