About the role
The Retail Manager will lead a fashion and beauty store in Dubai, creating an engaging environment for both customers and staff. You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Engage the team in qualitative objectives and drive thematic animation.
- Lead floor management to achieve category targets and foster a positive work atmosphere.
- Guide supervisors to deliver a fun, exciting client experience while meeting sales goals.
- Build strong relationships with VIP clients.
- Coordinate stock and merchandising needs with the Operations team.
- Work with the Quality Lead to ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
- Identify, promote, and develop talent in collaboration with Training & HR.
- Conduct monthly one‑to‑one coaching sessions to evaluate performance and set action plans.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years experience as a Store Manager in luxury retail, managing a team of 15+ people.
- University degree preferred.
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
