Retail Sales Executive - Automotive

About the role

Careers International is recruiting a Retail Sales Executive for an automotive dealership in Dubai. The role centres on selling Great Wall Motors vehicles to walk-in customers and prospective leads, managing the full sales process and building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Great Wall Motors vehicles to walk-in customers and prospects, conducting professional presentations and test drives
• Recommend suitable vehicle models, financing options and accessories based on customer needs
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and manage the sales process from first contact to deal closure and follow-up
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers, handle inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
• Complete sales documentation such as agreements, loan applications and delivery paperwork, and coordinate with finance and insurance teams
• Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Stay updated on product features, pricing and promotions, and give management feedback on market trends and competitor activity

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience (excluding Toyota and Nissan); luxury or premium retail experience may also be considered
• Valid UAE driving licence
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an added advantage

• Strong understanding of the automotive industry, vehicle financing options and customer service best practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Goal-driven, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
