Retail Sales Executive – Dubai

About the role

As a Retail Sales Executive you will be the main point of contact for customers across Minimalist’s stores in the UAE. You will build lasting relationships, understand individual preferences and guide shoppers to the products that best match their style and needs.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers, providing detailed product information and building rapport.
• Actively approach shoppers, understand their needs and recommend suitable watches, jewellery or accessories.
• Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Drive sales by explaining promotions, special offers and discounts.
• Maintain accurate sales records, coordinate with internal departments and optimise performance.
• Uphold Minimalist’s standards of excellence in every customer interaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury watch, jewellery or related retail sales within the UAE.
• Relevant academic degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology or a similar field (preferred).
• Relevant sales‑management certification from an accredited provider (preferred).
• Outstanding communication skills in English.
• Outstanding communication skills in Arabic.
