Retail Sales Executive

About the role

iSTYLE UAE is hiring a Retail Sales Executive in Dubai. The role is responsible for keeping a professional image of the store by promoting customer service excellence and using product knowledge and strong selling techniques to reach monthly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a strong floor presence, drive sales, promote customer service and attend to customers' needs
• Build solid customer relationships, cross-sell and upsell, and ensure good product awareness
• Keep the shop clean and tidy at all times
• Stay aware of products, promotions, advertisements and new releases
• Ensure displays meet visual merchandising standards according to guidelines
• Help process and replenish merchandise and take part in receiving stock
• Spot security risks and thefts and handle them quickly and professionally
• Follow payment, exchange, security and loss prevention policies and procedures
• Complete required training, join training portals and keep certificates up to date
• Ask customers for feedback, handle complaints efficiently and escalate them when needed

Required profile

• High school diploma or a bachelor's or technical degree
• No previous experience needed
