Retail Sales Representative – Luxury Watches & Jewellery

About the role

The Retail Sales Representative is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales of watches and jewellery at the Burjuman store. You will support daily store operations, maintain visual standards, and step in for the Store Manager when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level customer service, greet shoppers, and thank them at checkout.
• Capture customer information for future engagement.
• Assist the Store Manager with opening, closing, and overall store operations.
• Run the store independently in the Store Manager’s absence, covering all operational duties.
• Participate in store meetings and complete any additional tasks assigned by management.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and promote gift cards and add‑on sales.
• Achieve or exceed weekly sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of retail sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a welcoming attitude toward customers.
• Ability to work independently and manage store operations when required.
• Commitment to maintaining store cleanliness and visual standards.
