Retail Sales Representative – Luxury Watches & Jewellery

About the role

The Retail Sales Representative will drive sales and deliver a premium customer experience for Al Futtaim Watches & Jewellery at Mall of the Emirates. You will be responsible for maintaining store standards, assisting with daily operations, and ensuring compliance with pricing and POS procedures. Success is measured by meeting sales targets and creating an inviting shopping environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level customer service, greet shoppers, and share product information.
• Assist the Store Manager with opening, closing, and day‑to‑day store operations.
• Train new staff on Point of Sale (POS) systems and manage POS corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and fitting rooms.
• Achieve or exceed weekly sales goals and participate in inventory counts.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• 1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or jewellery.
• Strong verbal communication and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours and perform occasional heavy lifting.
• Interest in fashion trends and a passion for delivering excellent service.
