About the role

The Retail Sales Representative will generate sales and ensure a positive customer experience at Al-Futtaim Watches & Jewellery in the Mall of the Emirates, supporting store operations and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

Provide high‑level customer service: greet shoppers, share product information, assist in fitting rooms and thank customers at checkout.
Support store operations: assist the Store Manager with opening/closing, run the store in their absence, train staff on POS, handle cash‑wrap duties and meet weekly sales goals.
Maintain housekeeping and visual standards: keep the sales floor and cash‑wrap area clean, organized and visually appealing.

Required profile

High school diploma.
1–2 years of retail sales experience.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Ability to stand for at least 8 hours and perform occasional heavy lifting.
Eye for fashion trends and a friendly, customer‑focused demeanor.
