Retail Sales Representative – Mall of Emirates

About the role
The Retail Sales Representative will generate sales and ensure a positive customer experience at Al-Futtaim Watches & Jewellery in the Mall of the Emirates, supporting store operations and meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑level customer service: greet shoppers, share product information, assist in fitting rooms and thank customers at checkout.
- Support store operations: assist the Store Manager with opening/closing, run the store in their absence, train staff on POS, handle cash‑wrap duties and meet weekly sales goals.
- Maintain housekeeping and visual standards: keep the sales floor and cash‑wrap area clean, organized and visually appealing.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for at least 8 hours and perform occasional heavy lifting.
- Eye for fashion trends and a friendly, customer‑focused demeanor.
