Retail Sales Representative – Watches & Jewellery

About the role

The Retail Sales Representative will drive sales and deliver an exceptional shopping experience in Al Futtaim Watches & Jewellery stores at Burjuman, Dubai. You will combine customer‑focused selling with day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring the store meets its performance targets while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide product information and promote sales, including gift cards and customer data capture.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual standards and compliance with pricing procedures.
• Assist the Store Manager with opening, closing and security tasks; run the store in the manager’s absence when required.
• Train new staff on the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle POS corrective actions.
• Participate in store meetings, inventories and other operational activities.

Required profile

• Flexible, punctual and able to work collaboratively with store management and peers.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to create a positive shopping atmosphere.
• Willingness to take on operational duties and support the team in achieving sales goals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Point of Sale (POS) system.
