Retail Store Planner – Mall of the Emirates

About the role

Hermès is seeking a Retail Store Planner for its flagship boutique at Mall of the Emirates. Reporting to the Store Director, you will manage stock quality, coverage and replenishment strategy, acting as the bridge between sales, logistics and merchandising.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse key selling items, track KPIs such as Months of Stock and sell‑through rates, and hold weekly alignment meetings with the Sales Floor Manager.
• Define and optimise stock coverage, monitor storage capacity and organise front, back and remote stockrooms to prevent saturation.
• Implement and adjust Min/Max settings in CEGID/COCKPIT, anticipate product needs for peak seasons, trunk shows and new launches, and coordinate with the LDC on replenishment plans.
• Collaborate with store management, local logistics, operations and Retail Merchandising & Planning teams, flagging shortages and requesting stock rebalancing when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in retail back‑office, planning or supply‑chain functions.
• Good understanding of basic supply‑chain concepts and forecasting methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, comfortable liaising between sales and corporate teams.
• Strong analytical abilities with advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, Xlookup).
• Highly organised, rigorous and proactive in proposing process improvements.
