Procurement & Logistics Associate

About the role

We are seeking an organised, detail‑oriented professional to support purchasing, logistics, shipment coordination, documentation and reporting for our trading and construction operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process purchase requisitions and orders, obtain quotations and prepare comparative statements.
• Maintain supplier database, assist with vendor evaluation and performance tracking.
• Coordinate local and international shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders and transporters, track status and manage delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate purchase, shipment, delivery and supplier records, both physical and digital.
• Prepare regular purchase, logistics and delivery reports, track open PO’s and pending deliveries.
• Enter and update transactions in the ERP system and generate Excel tracking sheets.
• Collaborate with warehouse, operations, accounts and management, flagging delays or discrepancies promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, supply chain or trading operations.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, follow‑up and time‑management skills.
