About the role
The Sales Support role creates an optimal shopping environment, enhances customer experience and drives sales at ACE Hardware, Dubai Hills.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high-level customer service, advising customers on product categories and benefits.
- Operate the point of sale (POS) system accurately and follow cash operation procedures.
- Assist with receiving deliveries, merchandising, pricing and maintaining a clean, shoppable store.
- Participate in stock takes, new store openings and seasonal launches.
Required profile
- Completion of secondary school education.
- Minimum of 2 years retail experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proven ability to operate POS systems effectively and accurately.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
