About the role

The Support Sales Assistant ensures a clean, tidy, and shoppable store environment while driving sales through effective selling techniques and strong product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level customer service, advising shoppers on product categories.
• Learn and communicate product uses and benefits to drive add‑on sales.
• Assist with receiving, displaying, and making products available promptly.
• Follow in‑store pricing and ticketing procedures to prevent loss.
• Apply merchandising principles, maintain cleanliness, and keep the store appealing.
• Support stock‑takes, new store openings, product launches and seasonal events.

Required profile

• Completion of secondary school education.
• At least 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to manage concrete tasks with focus and precision.
• Familiarity with retail processes and customer service techniques.
