Revenue Analyst - Rooms

About the role

As a Revenue Analyst you will support the hotel’s revenue strategy through reporting, forecasting, pricing analysis and market research. You will analyse booking trends, monitor market performance and competitor activity, prepare regular revenue reports and assist with budget and forecasting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and maintain revenue reports and forecasts.
• Analyse booking trends and market performance.
• Monitor competitor activity and pricing.
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Identify revenue opportunities and optimise distribution channels.
• Improve reporting processes and business workflows.
• Utilise revenue management systems to maximise hotel performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in revenue management, business analytics or commercial strategy, preferably in hotels.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with STR, Opera PMS, revenue management software and BI tools.
• Good understanding of data analysis, reporting and performance monitoring.
