Revenue Cycle Management Project Coordinator (Healthcare)

About the role

The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Project Coordinator will support the end‑to‑end delivery of the Billing and RCM System Replacement initiative for King’s College Hospital London, UAE. Reporting to the Director of RCM and working closely with the IT Implementation Project Manager, the role ensures business‑side coordination, timeline adherence, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the master project tracker, keeping milestones, deliverables, dependencies and action items up to date.
• Support the Integrated Project Plan across all phases: requirement gathering, configuration, UAT, training, go‑live and post‑go‑live support.
• Track progress, flag slippage, manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies (RAID log).
• Coordinate and minute project meetings, circulate decisions and follow up on actions.
• Quality‑check deliverables from business teams and the vendor, ensuring compliance with scope and timelines.
• Maintain a version‑controlled repository of all project documentation.
• Lead workflow optimisation across RCM, billing, pre‑authorisation, claims, collections and front office, identifying manual handoffs and revenue‑leakage points.
• Prepare clear, timely updates for the Steering Committee and senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Working understanding of healthcare revenue cycle and billing operations.
• Ability to act as the connective tissue between business users, IT, vendors and senior leadership.
• Proactive risk management and problem‑solving mindset.
