Riyada Sales Training Programme – Dubai World Trade Centre

About the role

The Riyada Programme is a two‑year, full‑time development pathway designed to launch the careers of Emirati sales professionals. Participants will receive classroom instruction, on‑the‑job training and mentorship while working alongside experienced sales teams at DWTC.

Key responsibilities

• Gain hands‑on experience across the complete sales lifecycle, from customer engagement to closing deals.
• Develop consultative selling techniques, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Manage pipelines, accounts and client relationships under professional guidance.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to support business development and commercial awareness.

Required profile

• UAE national holding a valid passport and family book.
• Age between 18 and 30 years.
• High school certificate or diploma.
• Very good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work full‑time on a 9‑hour shift, including shift work as required.
