Room Attendant - Luxury Hotel, Abu Dhabi

About the role

Anantara Hotels & Resorts is looking for dedicated, service-oriented Room Attendants to join its hospitality team at Sir Bani Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate ensures guest rooms and assigned areas are clean, well-maintained and presented to luxury hospitality standards. The position is full time, morning shift.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and assigned areas to luxury hospitality standards.
• Ensure rooms are fully prepared and stocked before guest arrivals.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure timely follow-up when required.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Deliver courteous, professional service while responding to guest requests.
• Support the housekeeping team in providing an exceptional guest experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry.
• Currently available within the UAE.
• Must hold a visit visa or be eligible for employment visa cancellation and transfer.
• Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, professional grooming and a passion for hospitality.
