About the role
The Room Service Mini Bar Attendant supports the Room Service team by preparing and maintaining mini‑bar inventories, serving guests, and ensuring a high standard of service in line with Kempinski's luxury standards.
Key responsibilities
- Report to the Assistant Room Service Manager and Room Service Manager, adhering to punctuality and dress code.
- Maintain mini‑bar stock, monitor supplies, reduce waste, and perform opening and closing procedures.
- Provide courteous, efficient service, handle guest enquiries, and promptly report any complaints.
- Operate the POS system and be knowledgeable about all food and beverage items for upselling.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and complies with health, safety, and hotel policies.
Required profile
- Ability to work as part of a team in a multinational environment.
- Passionate about Food & Beverage, detail‑oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Self‑motivated, flexible, reliable, and possesses a strong sense of responsibility.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
