About the role
Join the Rooms team at Delano Dubai for a hands‑on internship in a luxury lifestyle hotel. You will support front‑office and guest‑relations activities while learning the standards of exceptional guest service.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with check‑ins, check‑outs and enquiries.
- Gain exposure to Front Office, Guest Relations and other Rooms operations.
- Support the team in handling guest requests and ensuring a seamless guest journey.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, presentation and attention to detail.
- Participate in training and development opportunities throughout the internship.
Required profile
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism or related field.
- Genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (Russian, French, German) are a plus.
- Warm, confident, approachable personality and a team‑player attitude.
- Flexibility to work across different shifts in line with hotel operations.
