Rooms Internship

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Rooms Interns to join our team at Delano Dubai. This internship offers hospitality students hands‑on experience in a luxury lifestyle hotel, helping them develop guest‑service skills and understand luxury hospitality operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and support arrival and departure experiences.
• Assist with guest check‑ins, check‑outs, enquiries and daily operational activities under guidance.
• Gain exposure to Front Office, Guest Relations and other Rooms operations.
• Support the team in handling guest requests and ensuring a seamless guest journey.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, presentation and attention to detail.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism or a related field.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest relations.
• Positive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (Russian, French, German) are a plus.
• Team player who thrives in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
