Runner – Front of House Support

About the role
The Runner supports the service team by delivering food and beverages quickly, accurately, and with proper presentation. This position helps maintain service speed, table flow, and overall efficiency during busy periods in the front‑of‑house area.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and accurately to guest tables, ensuring correct presentation and garnishes.
- Assist waiters by maintaining service pace, clearing and resetting tables, and keeping service stations clean.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and service teams, flagging any delays or issues.
- Support opening and closing duties, follow hygiene and safety procedures, and maintain a professional appearance.
Required profile
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high‑volume environment.
- Strong teamwork attitude and positive demeanor.
- Physical stamina and reliability for fast‑paced service.
