Russian-Speaking Telesales Executive – Property Wealth

About the role

We are seeking a confident, Russian‑speaking Telesales Executive to promote our upscale property investment opportunities in Dubai. The role focuses on engaging qualified leads, presenting investment solutions and driving sales in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell new property investment projects to prospective clients.
• Manage and nurture a database of qualified subscribers and leads.
• Handle inbound enquiries generated by marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their investment requirements.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Record all client interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Fluent in Russian and English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing or related sales roles (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation and telephone etiquette.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and results‑oriented.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Experience in real‑estate or property investment is an advantage.

• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking sales activities.
