Sales Account Manager - Dubai

About the role

Fineksus is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join its MENA Sales Team in Dubai, driving qualified leads and new business across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities across the MENA region.
• Meet with clients virtually or onsite to understand needs and present product solutions.
• Conduct market and competitor research to evaluate sales potential.
• Present company profile, products, and value propositions at client meetings, events, and conferences.
• Attend exhibitions, conferences, and regional industry events.
• Coordinate sales activities with marketing campaigns and internal cross‑functional teams.
• Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiating terms, pricing, and packages.
• Manage the entire customer cycle, including renewals, billing coordination, and CRM accuracy.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports and work to achieve revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years proven experience in Sales or Account Management, preferably in the MENA region.
• Professional level English; Arabic a plus.
• Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer expectations.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and manage complex sales processes.
