Sales Account Manager

About the role

Pet Watch is the UAE's leading marketplace connecting pet owners with certified sitters. As a Sales Account Manager you will act as the trusted bridge between the platform and its clients, building lasting partnerships and driving growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and sustain meaningful client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing accounts, increase engagement, and drive revenue growth.
• Represent Pet Watch at industry events and community activations, converting leads into active accounts.
• Manage client inquiries, operational issues, and complaints, coordinating with internal teams for swift resolution.
• Maintain accurate records, opportunities, and workflows in HubSpot, leveraging automation and reporting tools.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to provide data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, client success or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Proven track record of strong client retention and consistently meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated, accountable and results‑oriented.
