Sales Account Manager – Pet Care Marketplace

About the role

Pet Watch, the UAE's leading pet‑care marketplace, is looking for a Sales Account Manager to strengthen its presence in the pet‑care industry. You will act as the primary liaison between the platform and its clients, building lasting partnerships and driving growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and main point of contact.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing accounts, increase engagement, and generate revenue.
• Represent Pet Watch at industry events and convert event leads into active accounts.
• Handle client inquiries, operational issues, and complaints, coordinating with internal teams for swift resolution.
• Maintain accurate records, pipelines, and reports in HubSpot to ensure data integrity and track account health.
• Analyze market trends and sales performance to provide data‑driven recommendations for business improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, client success or a similar customer‑facing role, preferably in start‑ups, online marketplaces or e‑commerce.
• Proven track record of high client retention, meeting sales targets and building long‑term relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated, accountable and results‑oriented.

• HubSpot CRM – pipeline management, reporting, workflow automation and customer lifecycle management.
