Sales Administration Executive

About the role

Marlarmyaing Agrochemical Company Limited is looking for a Sales Administration Executive to handle daily sales administration and support the sales team's operations. The role covers document preparation, record keeping, coordination with other departments and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily sales administration and support sales team operations.
• Prepare sales orders, quotations, invoices and related documents.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer information and databases.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Finance, Warehouse and other departments.
• Monitor sales orders, deliveries and payment status.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide administrative support to keep sales operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or a similar position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales documents and data.
• Ability to coordinate with different departments and work effectively under pressure.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
