Sales Administrator - Ultra-Luxury Real Estate

About the role

AHS is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Sales Administrator to support its ultra-luxury real estate portfolio. The role keeps sales operations running smoothly, ensures accurate documentation and compliance, and helps the sales team deliver a high standard of service to clients and brokers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage booking forms, reservation agreements, SPAs and other sales documentation, and coordinate with Sales Managers, brokers, legal, finance and post-sales teams.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, cancellations and transactions in the CRM system.
• Ensure client and broker documentation is complete, compliant and aligned with internal policies and UAE real estate regulations.
• Assist in producing daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, pipeline trackers and performance dashboards.
• Act as the main contact for brokers on documentation, approvals and process queries, and support pricing approvals, payment plans and offers.
• Coordinate sales communications, approvals and follow-ups, and provide admin support during launches, events and broker activations.
• Facilitate unit registration with the DLD and the timely issuance of Oqood certificates for investors and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales administration in the UAE (developer or brokerage side preferred).
• Strong understanding of real estate documentation, booking processes and UAE regulations.
• High attention to detail, good organisational and time-management skills, and polished, discreet professionalism.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
