Sales Advisor – Automotive

About the role

AlKhalid Auto LLC is looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Advisor to join its automotive sales team in Dubai. The role covers retail and fleet vehicle sales, new business development and building relationships with individual and corporate clients, combining showroom sales, outdoor client visits and business development. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Drive retail and fleet vehicle sales to meet monthly targets.
• Identify new business through prospecting, outdoor visits and corporate client acquisition.
• Build and maintain relationships with individual customers, SMEs and corporate clients.
• Present vehicles, arrange test drives and negotiate sales agreements.
• Respond to inquiries, follow up leads and keep accurate CRM records.
• Develop fleet sales with businesses and corporates and deliver good customer service.
• Monitor sales performance and support business growth initiatives.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of automotive sales experience in the UAE.
• Experience in retail and/or fleet vehicle sales.
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
• Self-motivated, proactive, target-driven and willing to make outdoor sales visits.
• Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building and business development skills.

Salary is estimated at AED 6,000 - AED 9,000 per month plus incentives. Applications close on 31 October 2026.
