Sales Advisor – Emiratization

About the role

The Sales Advisor will plan, initiate and conduct the sales process with customers visiting the showroom or during sales calls, contributing to the achievement of monthly sales targets. The role involves delivering high‑level customer service, managing vehicle transactions, and supporting post‑sale activities such as finance and insurance advice.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out sales in accordance with pre‑agreed monthly targets and budgets.
• Prepare and maintain visit/call reports highlighting salient features and advise the manager.
• Report weekly and monthly on performance data, comparing actual results with targets.
• Attend to showroom visitors, initiate the sales process and provide qualified product advice.
• Maintain close contact with prospect customers, schedule sales calls and visits to suit their convenience.
• Maintain the customer database, develop prospect lists and monitor competition in the automotive segment.
• Ensure pre‑delivery inspections and proper documentation of each vehicle transaction.
• Accurately complete and record transaction details, including payment, registration and invoicing.
• Provide the highest degree of customer service to maximise repeat and referral sales.
• Inform customers about available extras, accessories and warranties.
• Notify customers of any delays or changes to specifications, ensuring smooth handover.
• Offer qualified advice on vehicle finance and insurance options.
• Participate in seasonal sales campaigns and promotions to increase sales penetration.

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline or automotive vocational qualification.
• 3–5 years solid experience in fleet sales within the GCC market.
