Sales Advisor – Luxury Boutique (Venini) in Dubai

About the role

Damiani Group is seeking a passionate Sales Advisor for its Venini boutique in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience, building lasting relationships with high‑net‑worth clients, and representing the heritage of Venini and Damiani with elegance.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, identify their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with VIP clients, collectors, interior designers, architects and high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to overall team performance.
• Promote Venini’s heritage, craftsmanship and bespoke services with confidence and passion.
• Ensure visual merchandising and boutique presentation meet brand standards.
• Support inventory management, stock organization and daily boutique operations, including after‑sales service requests.

Required profile

• Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in home décor, design, art, jewelry, watches, fashion or premium lifestyle brands.
• Excellent sales and relationship‑building abilities with a strong passion for luxury, craftsmanship and Italian design.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, able to deliver a highly personalized client experience.
• Results‑oriented mindset with proactive and entrepreneurial attitude.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages such as Arabic, Italian, Russian, French or Mandarin are a strong advantage.
• Professional appearance, excellent presentation skills and experience working in an international, multicultural environment.
