Sales Agent - Luxury Real Estate

About the role

ZSR Middle East is a luxury real estate company in Abu Dhabi specialising in high-end homes, villas and investment properties. It is looking for a full-time, on-site Sales Agent to represent the company in the luxury real estate market. The agent prospects and qualifies leads, conducts property viewings and manages client communications through the sales or leasing process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate potential buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
• Promote residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property investors.
• Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, meetings and site visits.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate property transactions.
• Manage client inquiries, follow-ups and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
• Work with the marketing team to turn company-generated leads into transactions.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Previous real estate sales experience is preferred; freshers with strong communication and sales skills are welcome.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic and other languages are an advantage.
• Must be currently available in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
