Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will promote Snag Property’s inspection services, generate new business and expand both B2B and B2C client bases across the UAE and KSA. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Dubai and supports the KSA team as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture leads through client meetings, proposals and pipeline management.
• Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns, including social media, paid Meta/Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools, coordinate with inspection teams and produce regular sales and marketing performance reports.
• Support the KSA sales and marketing team with lead generation, client follow‑ups and campaign execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven B2B and B2C sales and marketing experience, preferably in real estate or related sectors.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid UAE driving licence and access to a car for client meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Meta/Facebook and Instagram advertising platforms.
• Practical knowledge of Google Ads (advantageous).
• Proficiency in CRM systems, lead‑management tools and MS Office.
• Social media management, content coordination and performance monitoring.
