Sales Assistant – Female, Russian Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant who is fluent in Russian and can deliver excellent customer service in our Dubai store. The role involves driving sales, handling transactions, and supporting the retail team.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets (sales).
• Smile, assist, present products and sell to all customers following company service standards.
• Operate Point of Sale and handle financial transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain product knowledge of available items.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Respond to customer comments, forward suggestions, and refer compliments or complaints to the appropriate person.
• Merchandise and replenish stock according to guidelines.
• Assist with deliveries and stock handling as directed.
• Follow processes to minimize stock loss.
• Undertake cleaning and housekeeping duties.
• Promote effective communication and information flow.
• Take responsibility for personal development and seek improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Previous or current experience in retail.
• Passion for communicating and dealing with customers.
• Organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain a strong customer focus.
• Native Russian speaker.
