About the role

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to support our Mortgage Business Development team. This junior, outbound‑focused position involves identifying real‑estate agencies, contacting key personnel, and arranging qualified meetings for Business Development Managers.

Key responsibilities

Research real‑estate agencies and identify owners, sales managers and relevant contacts.
Make outbound calls and follow up via WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn.
Introduce PRYPCO Mortgage, understand current referral processes and book relevant meetings for BDMs.
Maintain contact details, outreach activity and meeting notes in Salesforce.
Hand over opportunities to BDMs and confirm meeting outcomes.

Required profile

1–2 years experience in telesales, lead generation, appointment setting or similar sales role.
Confident phone communicator, comfortable approaching new contacts.
Clear spoken and written English; other languages a plus.
Organised, persistent and target‑driven.
Basic CRM experience; real‑estate or mortgage background advantageous but not required.
