Sales Assistant – Toys R Us (Retail)

About the role

The Sales Assistant will work on the Toys R Us store in Dalma Mall, delivering an engaging shopping experience and supporting the store’s sales targets. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right toys and ensuring a clean, well‑presented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude and provide product information.
• Assist shoppers in making purchase decisions and suggest complementary items.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual standards, and merchandising guidelines.
• Handle cash‑wrap duties, process transactions accurately, and promote gift‑card sales.
• Perform fitting‑room service and follow‑up with customers as needed.
