About the role
The Sales Associate will drive sales performance and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction for Jimmy Choo. You will work to build client loyalty and expand the brand’s presence through a customer‑centric approach, collaborating with the sales team to meet targets and uphold brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations at every interaction.
- Represent the glamorous, luxury lifestyle image of Jimmy Choo through attitude, personal grooming, dress code and behaviour.
- Develop detailed product knowledge—including construction, materials, care and design—to provide informed assistance.
- Build, develop and maintain a personal client database to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
Required profile
- High school education or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of store management experience.
- Customer‑centric mindset with a positive attitude.
- Ability to manage client relationships and maintain high standards of personal presentation.
