Sales Associate

About the role

Join Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle as a Sales Associate and be the front‑line champion of customer service in one of the region’s leading retail environments. You will help customers find the right products, ensure a pleasant shopping experience, and contribute to the store’s sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Majid Al Futtaim standards.
• Address customer concerns promptly and escalate to the Store Manager when needed.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, tidiness, and product replenishment.
• Comply with security policies to minimise stock loss.
• Recommend and locate merchandise across Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands when not available in‑store.

Required profile

• High School Certificate.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail or a related industry.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
