Sales Associate – Premium Youth Apparel

About the role

Join a premium youth apparel brand launching its first store in Dubai. As a Sales Associate you will own the in‑store customer experience, drive sales and help shape the brand’s local reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs and provide age‑appropriate styling advice to convert interactions into purchases.
• Maintain visual merchandising, product presentation, fitting‑room readiness and stock replenishment to uphold premium standards.
• Support opening and closing routines, cash handling and operational controls while ensuring a welcoming environment.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or premium customer‑facing environments.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages common in Dubai are a plus.
• Energetic, resilient and able to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced retail setting.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and digital retail tools.
• Ability to follow visual merchandising guidelines and stock handling procedures.
