About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant who is fluent in Arabic to join a luxury home appliances brand. The role involves delivering premium showroom experiences and driving sales through personalized customer engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the showroom and provide a premium experience.
- Identify customer needs, present product information, and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrate appliances, encourage hands‑on trials, and promote cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities.
- Assist clients via phone and email, evaluate leads, and close high‑potential quotes.
- Maintain monthly forecasts for back orders and quotes, and achieve sales targets.
- Invite potential clients for hands‑on cooking experiences and coordinate delivery and installation with logistics and service teams.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and stay knowledgeable about the full product range.
