Sales Consultant (Arabic Speaking) - Full Training Provided

About the role

TVG Citizenship by Investment, a Dubai-based advisory firm helping high-net-worth clients obtain second residency and citizenship through investment programmes in the Caribbean and Europe, is hiring an Arabic-speaking Sales Consultant for its Business Bay team. This is an entry-level, full-time, on-site role with full training on the programmes, compliance process and client consultation; no prior immigration or citizenship-by-investment experience is needed.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads from Arabic-speaking clients by phone, WhatsApp and in person
• Learn the residency and citizenship programmes and explain the options clearly to clients
• Qualify prospects, book consultations and follow up until the deal closes
• Appear in short marketing videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube) explaining programmes and sharing client success stories
• Keep the CRM up to date and report weekly on the pipeline
• Build relationships with clients and partners across the GCC

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic (native or bilingual) and good working English
• 0-2 years in sales, customer service or any client-facing role; fresh graduates welcome
• Comfortable being on camera for marketing videos
• Willing to learn a technical product and work towards monthly targets
• Presentable, confident and organised
• Based in the UAE; bonus points for French, Russian or Farsi

• Salary of AED 5,000 - 6,000 per month plus commission on closed deals
