About the role
Global Axis Immigration Services is looking for motivated Sales Consultants and Telecallers to engage prospective clients and drive business growth in Dubai’s immigration services sector. The role involves handling enquiries, explaining service offerings, following up leads and converting interest into sales.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and provide detailed information about immigration services.
- Communicate with potential clients and support sales activities.
- Follow up with leads and maintain professional client relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective communication and customer service.
- Address client questions professionally and assist in converting enquiries into sales.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi, Tagalog or Nepali is preferred.
- Demonstrated customer‑handling and sales abilities.
- Professional communication and relationship‑building capabilities.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
