Sales Consultant – Training Solutions

About the role

As a Sales Consultant focused on training programs, you will engage prospective clients through outbound calls, promote our accredited courses, and guide them through the enrollment process. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote the company’s training products and services.
• Follow up on leads generated via marketing channels and convert prospects into enrolled students.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by matching courses to client needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, answering questions about course schedules, benefits, and pricing.
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a positive experience.
• Research client training needs to tailor the sales approach effectively.
• Identify new opportunities for course enhancements based on client feedback and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of telesales or inside‑sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Background in the training or education industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation and persuasion skills with a proven record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to understand client needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
