Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are building a pool of Sales Coordinators to support showroom operations across the UAE. The role involves coordinating vehicle deliveries, preparation, and documentation to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily vehicle deliveries and ensure vehicles meet preparation standards before handover.
• Work with workshops for cleaning, servicing, and accessory installation.
• Manage vehicle registration, insurance, number plates, VCC documents, invoices, sales letters, and gate passes.
• Prepare demonstration vehicles for test drives, ensuring they are clean, fueled, and checked.
• Conduct daily physical and system inventory checks and provide accurate stock information.
• Support showroom vehicle displays and maintain required standards.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and business documentation.

Required profile

• High school qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales coordination role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
