Sales Coordinator – On‑site role in Dubai

About the role

The Sales Coordinator is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role supports the sales team by handling order processing, quotations, customer records and delivery coordination, while ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage order processing and prepare quotations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and coordinate deliveries with logistics and warehouse teams.
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads.
• Update sales reports, track project timelines and organise showroom appointments.
• Assist with tender submissions and project documentation.
• Support marketing and showroom activities to enhance customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong skills in sales coordination and sales operations.
• Proven sales and customer‑service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Solid organisational and time‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
• Relevant experience in building materials, interior design or related industries.
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
