About the role
Join Curral’s fast‑growing sales development team in downtown Dubai, focusing on generating qualified sales opportunities and appointments for high‑growth businesses across EMEA and North America.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research to become an expert in client industries.
- Prospect new leads via cold calls, LinkedIn and email outreach.
- Qualify leads using the BANT framework and book high‑value meetings with decision‑makers.
- Maintain client relationships through consistent follow‑ups.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, recruitment or lead generation.
- Hard‑working, ambitious and driven to succeed with a strong desire to learn.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and handling rejection.
- Excellent communicator, persuasive and relationship‑focused.
What we offer
- Base salary of AED 10‑15k plus monthly commission (up to 50% of revenue).
