Sales Development Representative – Middle East

About the role

ElevenLabs is looking for a Sales Development Representative (Outbound) based in the Middle East to design and execute outbound sales strategies, working closely with Account Executives to bring its AI voice technology to enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads and prospects within target markets.
• Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails and social media.
• Design personalized outreach campaigns to maximise lead conversion.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to share prospect feedback, objections and market insights.
• Monitor and report KPIs such as conversion rates, lead quality and outreach effectiveness.
• Analyse data with sales leadership to refine and optimise outreach strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of outbound B2B sales experience with a proven record of securing new business meetings.
• Ability to build opportunity‑sized lead lists in new markets and categories.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and capable of managing a high volume of leads.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
