Sales Development Representative – South Africa (Remote, UAE)

About the role

CrowdStrike is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive its go‑to‑market strategy across South Africa. You will be the first point of contact for enterprise prospects, helping to expand the customer base for the world‑leading AI‑native cybersecurity platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to hand‑off, following a structured, consultative process.
• Conduct high‑level discovery calls with C‑suite executives and senior VPs.
• Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, and channel teams to execute go‑to‑market strategies.
• Provide high‑touch, customer‑focused service throughout the sales journey.
